What is the schedule for the evening?

Guest arrival & seating ………….5:00 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Expected dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. For men, this means a suit with optional tie or a sports jacket and dress shirt. For women, both above the knee or floor length dresses are suitable.





What can I expect the weather to be like?

On April 21st, the weather averages a high of 58F and a low of 38F. There will be a coat rack inside near the building's main entry.





Will the ceremony and/or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, we plan to hold the ceremony outdoors on the back patio. In the event of inclement weather, we will be moving there ceremony indoors. The reception will be held indoors though the open patio will be accessible to guests during cocktail hour and after dinner.





What if I have a food allergy?

If you have a food allergy please let us know so that we can have arrangements made for you.





Are children allowed?

We would love for your children to share in this day with us, however due to the venue's space limitations, we unfortunately can not accommodate any more guests than have been originally invited. Thank you for understanding!





Is the venue handicap accessible?

There are two small steps at the main entrance off of 16th street as well as stepless entry via the back patio of the building, accessible directly from the parking lot. Access via back patio may require passage through a gravel beer garden that may or may not be built out by the time of the event. Is there parking on site and does it cost anything?

There is parking on site in Cork & Gabel's lot with entry off of 16th Street. Parking is also available on 16th street just outside the venue.





Is there provided transportation to the venue?

There will be a shuttle available running from the Marriott, picking up at 4:30 , 5:00 and 5:45 p.m. for 6:00 p.m. drop-off at Cork & Gabel.

The shuttle will also be available to transport guests back to The Marriott beginning at 10 p.m, running in 30 minute intervals. The venue closes at 11pm and the shuttle is estimated to make it's final pickup at 11:30 p.m.

Will there be an open bar?

There is an open bar which includes red and white wines, draft and bottled beer, craft cocktails and a standard range of liquor.





Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

Gratuity for the bar has been taken care of and thus further cash tips for drinks are optional .





When should I submit my RSVP?

Please submit your response by Wednesday, March 15th.
